Where you live decides how your sauna arrives

Every sauna we sell ships free. What changes with your postal code is who does the heavy lifting at the other end. Inside our Southern Ontario service area, our crews deliver, assemble and coordinate the electrical. Everywhere else in Canada, your sauna arrives as a professionally crated freight shipment from our Ontario warehouse.

Southern Ontario: white glove delivery and installation

Within roughly 100 kilometres of our Ontario locations, your order includes placement where you want the sauna, full assembly, heater installation on outdoor models and electrical hookup coordinated with licensed contractors. The standard electrical package covers up to 80 feet of 6/3 cable, a GFCI breaker, a main panel breaker, up to 5 feet of trenching, all labour and the mandatory ESA permit and inspection.

Two things sit outside the standard package: cable runs beyond 80 feet and electrical panel upgrades. If your installation needs either, we quote it before any work starts. Our team confirms all of this on the verification call after you order, so there are no surprises on delivery day.

Rest of Canada: free crated drop shipping

Outside the service area, including Northern Ontario cities like Thunder Bay, Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie, your sauna is crated in our warehouse and shipped by freight carrier, typically within one to two weeks of your confirmed order. Delivery is curbside: the driver gets the crate to your address, and assembly is yours or your contractor's. Indoor Clearlight models are designed for owner assembly with two people.

Remote postal codes, the territories and Newfoundland can need a custom freight arrangement. If your address falls in one of those areas we confirm the plan, and any difference, on the verification call before the balance is collected.

Outdoor saunas are Ontario only

Serenity outdoor saunas ship in crates too large for standard freight, so they are sold only where our own crews deliver and install, within Ontario. Indoor Clearlight saunas ship to every province.

Every order gets a verification call

After checkout collects your 50 percent deposit, a sauna specialist calls to confirm the model, the access route, the base or room it is going into and the electrical. Only then is the balance collected and the shipment or installation booked. It is the step that catches the wrong size doorway before the truck does.
