Distance does not cost you anything here

Whether you are in Calgary, Halifax or Thunder Bay, your Clearlight sauna ships free from our Ontario warehouse. We crate it ourselves, arrange the freight, and a specialist calls before anything moves to confirm your delivery details. The crate arrives curbside, and from there the sauna is designed to be assembled by two people without a contractor.

Cities we ship to free

Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton, Saint John, Charlottetown, Thunder Bay, Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, North Bay, Kingston, Windsor, Belleville, Cornwall, Timmins, and nearly everywhere in between. If a carrier delivers to your address, we can get a sauna to it.

Two honest exceptions: the territories, Newfoundland and some remote postal codes can need a custom freight arrangement, which we confirm with you on the verification call before the balance is ever collected. And Serenity outdoor saunas are delivered and installed in Ontario only, because their crates are too large for standard freight.

Setting it up yourself is easier than you think

Clearlight designed the Sanctuary line for owner assembly: the panels interlock, the wiring connects with plugs rather than an electrician, and two people typically have a cabin standing in an afternoon. The Sanctuary 1 and 2 even run on regular 120V household power, so for most indoor models setup ends at an ordinary wall outlet. Watch a full assembly from crate to first session:

Models on 240V power need an electrician for the outlet if you do not already have one, the same circuit a dryer uses. Every model's exact electrical requirement is listed on its product page, and your specialist walks through it on the verification call so there are no surprises when the crate lands.

How the delivery itself works

Once your order is verified and the balance is collected, we crate the sauna in our warehouse, typically within one to two weeks, and book the freight. The carrier delivers curbside and you note the crate condition on the delivery receipt. From crate to first sauna session is usually one afternoon, and if anything arrives less than perfect, you call us, not a shipping company.
