Saunas delivered to Ottawa, shipping on us
We ship saunas to Ottawa free. Ottawa sits outside our Southern Ontario installation zone, so indoor Clearlight models arrive as a crated, insured freight delivery rather than a crew install, typically within one to two weeks of a confirmed order.
Because Ottawa is still Ontario, Serenity outdoor cedar saunas can be arranged here case by case; ask your specialist on the verification call. Ottawa winters make a daily heat habit an easy sell, and the two person models into a finished basement are the most common order we see from the capital.
What free freight includes in Ottawa
Professional crating at our warehouse, insured carriage, and curbside delivery to your address. The panels of every indoor model fit through a standard doorway, and two people typically have the cabin standing in an afternoon. The exact circuit each model needs is in our electrical guide, so your local electrician can quote from real numbers.
How reserving works
A refundable $250 deposit reserves your sauna online. A Canadian sauna specialist then calls to verify the model, the room, the access path and the electrical before any invoice is issued or anything ships. Compare all models side by side here.
